Warranty

Eline Rosina maintains the following warranty periods after date of purchase:

  • (Gold Plated) Sterling Silver: 6 months
  • 14k Solid Gold: 12 months

    The warranty does not apply to the following items:

    • Bent rings
    • Discoloration
    • Loss of items
    • Damage resulting from improper use by the buyer
    • Damage resulting from modification or repair by a third party

    Damage to products due to normal use is not covered by the warranty. If it is determined within the warranty period to be a manufacturing defect, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note, the warranty is void if a defect has occurred as a result of or resulting from carelessness by you or someone else trying to modify the product or using the product for which it was not made. In addition, losing jewelry is not covered by the warranty.

    14k Solid Gold
    Handle your rings with care. Our 14k Solid Gold collection is not impervious to normal wear and activity. Because of this, a bent ring due to careless use is not within the warranty terms. In this situation, we can only offer the option of straightening the ring again. Damage due to a manufacturing defect does fall within the warranty terms. 

    Received wrong or defect product
    Eline Rosina strives to thoroughly check all products and your order before shipment. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. You can do this by making a warranty request via this form.

      If you notify us later than 3 days after receipt, we can no longer be held liable.
