Warranty
Eline Rosina maintains the following warranty periods after date of purchase:

Gold Vermeil

14k Solid Gold
1 year
Each situation is assessed individually by us. Please contact us via customerservice@elinerosina.com and include the following information:
- Order number and full name
- Photo/video of the damaged product where the problem is clearly visible
- A short description of the problem
Damage to products due to normal use is not covered by the warranty. If it is determined to be a manufacturing defect, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note, the warranty is void if a defect has occurred as a result of or resulting from carelessness by you or someone else trying to modify the product or using the product for which it was not made. In addition, losing jewelry is not covered by the warranty.
14k Solid Gold
Handle your rings with care. Our 14k Solid Gold collection is not impervious to normal wear and activity. Because of this, a bent ring due to careless use is not within the warranty terms. In this situation, we can only offer the option of straightening the ring again. Damage due to a manufacturing defect does fall within the warranty terms.
Attention!A ring can only be returned when the product tag is still attached to the ring. For more information about returns, please visit this page.
Received wrong/damaged product
Eline Rosina strives to thoroughly check all products and your order before shipment. If you have received a wrong or damaged product you need to notify us within 3 days after receipt. You can do this by sending an email to customerservice@elinerosina.com with the following information:
- Order number and full name
- Photo/video of the damaged product and a brief description
If you notify us later than 3 days after receipt, we can no longer be held liable.
