Placing an order
You can pay safely with us using iDEAL, PayPal, Creditcard, Apple Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, Mister Cash and Bank transfer.
After you have found all your favorite items, click 'View cart'. Now you can see your shopping cart overview and you can enter your gift card code or discount code.
Discount codes are valid on sale items, but you can't use multiple discount codes on the same order.
When the item you like is sold out submit your mail address by clicking 'mail me when this item is available' to get notified when your favorite item is back in stock.
On the productpage there is a drop-down menu with the name 'specifications'. Here you can find all information about sizing, materials, warranty, weight etc.
Finding the right ring size is important and therefore you can find all the information you need finding the right size on our product page. Still unsure? Visit our showroom in Nijmegen (Bottelstraat 10). We are open on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday between 9.30 and 17.00.
The earrings are probably almost sold out. There is a good chance that several people have the item in their basket, causing this malfunction. It's best to clear your cache and try again later.
Shipping
Orders placed before 23.59 will be shipped the same day during business days. You can find all the information on this page.
It is not possible to change or cancel your order. Please make sure to always check your order and details carefully before confirming.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address once the order is completed and processed. You can always send an e-mail tocustomerservice@elinerosina.com and we will try our best to change the shipping address before your order is processed but there are no guarantees.
We ship our orders with PostNL (Global), DPD (Global) and DHL.
Netherlands & Belgium
We offer free shipping in The Netherlands & Belgium for orders over €75. A shipping fee of €3,95 applies for orders under €75.
Europe & UK
We offer free shipping in Europe & The UK for orders over €150. A shipping fee of €9,95 applies for orders under €75.
International
We offer free international shipping on orders over €150. A shipping fee of €19,95 applies for orders under €150.
Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check the estimated delivery time for your country. If this period of time has expired, please check if the shipping address you provided is correct.
Dutch packages come directly through the mailbox, so it is also useful to check if someone else has put the package away for you. If none of these is the case, contact our customer service at customerservice@elinerosina.com and we will help you out.
Pre-orders are items that are available for shopping before the actual stock arrives. You can find the estimated shipping date at the specific product.
Please note all items from the order will be shipped at the same te time.
You can place a comment at the checkout.
It's not possible to gift wrap your order, but all orders are shipped in luxury satin pouches and a jewelry box. You can also add a gify bag to your order for €1,95.
My order
We strive to check your order thoroughly before shipping. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. You can do this by sending an email to customerservice@elinerosina.com with the following information:
- Order number and full name
- Photo/video of the damaged product in which the problem is clearly visible
- A short description of the problem
Then we will fix it for you!
Occasionally it happens that the confirmation ends up in the spam, it is also possible that an error was made when entering the e-mail address. You can assume that your order has gone through correctly. If you still have doubts, you can always contact us at customerservice@elinerosina.com.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. If the items are not entirely to your liking you can register your item(s) in our returns portal.
Please note! The responsibility for sending returns lies with the customer.
Once your return has reached us, you will receive confirmation that your return has been processed within 14 days. If there is a refund, the purchase amount will be transferred back into your account within a few days, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
Eline Rosina reserves the right to refuse returned products if they have been worn or returned outside the specified period.
It is only possible to exchange rings for another ring size. All other items can be returned for a refund. Should you want a different/ new item, you can place a new order.
Sure! It is possible to return two orders in one shipment. This not only saves return shipping costs, but is also more environmentally friendly! Just make sure to register one of the order numbers in the returns portal and note the other order number + returned items in the notes.
Yes, for sale items the same conditions apply as for a normal order.
Please note that this does not apply to sample sale items. These cannot be returned and fall outside the warranty conditions.
Once we have processed your package you will receive an automatic e-mail and the purchase amount will be refunded to you within a few days.
If you want to return a product paid for with a gift card, you will receive gift card credit in return. It is not possible to exchange a gift card or products paid for with a gift card for cash.
We occasionally have discount promotions that cause prices to change, these promotions are influenced by our inventory, trends and supply and demand. Unfortunately, in these cases it is not possible to receive a refund for the difference in price.
Warranty
At Eline Rosina, we have the following warranty terms:
- 14k solid gold: 12 months
- (Gold plated) sterling silver: 6 months
The warranty does not apply to the following items:
- Bent rings
- Damage as a result of improper use by the buyer
- Damage resulting from alteration or repair by a third party
- Discoloration
- Loss of items
In this situation we refer you to the respective point of sale. Since you purchased the item(s) there, they are the contact person to resolve this issue for you.
Materials & Care
We use the best materials so you can enjoy your jewelry to the fullest. Among others, we use:
- 14k solid gold
- Lab-grown diamonds
- 18k gold plated sterling silver
- 18k gold plated brass
- Recycled sterling silver

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, but are produced in a laboratory. They are visually and chemically identical to natural diamonds, making them indistinguishable to the naked eye.
Lab-grown diamonds are a more sustainable alternative to natural diamonds because no mining is required, resulting in less degradation of the natural environment and less impact on local communities.
