Return policy

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

You can register your return here with our return portal or arrange your own return shipment.

Note: Orders placed from November 4 will have an extended holiday return period until January 6, 2025.

Netherlands: €4.95
Europe: €9.95

Please note! When returning items from outside the EU & UK, customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping. Some shippings may have duties and taxes incurred, you are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

Processing returns
Returned products will be refunded upon receipt to the account used to place the order. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unworn and undamaged in its original packaging.

Note: Products that are not returned in their original packaging will only be processed if the product is still in good condition.

The cost of returning (return costs) is always for the customer. If the order is returned in its entirety, the shipping costs (paid when placing the order) will be refunded. In case of a partial return, the shipping costs remain at your own expense.

Return responsibility
When returning an order, we kindly ask you to keep a shipping receipt and/or track & trace number. This helps both you and us in case of questions about the return.

Note: If you choose to return your package without insurance, the risk of loss or damage in transit is your responsibility. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost or damaged during the return process if they are not insured.

Exchange
It is only possible to exchange rings for another ring size. All other items can be returned for a refund or coupon. In case you would like a different/ new item, you can place a new order.

Refund
For returns, the amount due will be refunded within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order. Eline Rosina reserves the right to refuse returned products if they have been worn or not returned within the prescribed period.

If you want to return a product paid for with a gift card, you will receive a gift card credit in return. It is not possible to exchange a gift card or products paid for with a gift card for cash.
