To save credits you must be registered for the loyalty program. Even if you already have an account, you still have to register for it. This can easily be done on this page at 'Join Now'. You only need to provide your e-mail address for this.

When will I receive my credits?

New credits can be seen in your account 30 days after purchase. You will also always receive an email from this.

How much is one credit worth?

1 credit = €1,-

How can I redeem my credits?

For each reward you will receive a unique code with which you can redeem your credits. You do this by entering the code you received in your e-mail during the checkout process or by clicking the ''use store credits'' button.

Can my credits expire?

Yes, your saved credits will expire if no credits have been redeemed through your account after 12 months.
