Warranty
At Eline Rosina, the following warranty terms apply:
- 14k Solid Gold: 12 months
- (Gold Plated) Sterling Silver: 6 months
The warranty does not cover:
- Bent rings
- Discolouration
- Loss of items
- Damage caused by improper use by the buyer
- Damage resulting from an alteration or repair by a third party
Damage to products caused by normal use is not covered by the warranty. If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note that the warranty is void if a defect has arisen from carelessness because you or someone else tried to alter the product or used it for something it was not made for. In addition, loss of jewellery is not covered by the warranty.
14k Solid Gold
Handle your rings with care. Our 14k Solid Gold collection is not immune to normal wear and activities. A ring bent through careless use is therefore not covered by the warranty. Damage due to a manufacturing defect is covered.
Received a wrong/damaged product
Eline Rosina carefully checks all products and your order before shipping. If you have nevertheless received a wrong or damaged product, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. You can do this by submitting a warranty request via this form.
If you notify us later than 3 days after receipt, we can no longer be held liable.
