Eline Rosina offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders to The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany.

International

We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over € 50 euro.
For orders under € 50 euro the shipping costs are € 3.95 euro.

Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Is your order not what you expected? At Eline Rosina you can return your order within 14 days after you have received your invoice. You do not need to inform us by email.

Simply follow the instructions below for returning your order.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unworn and undamaged in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment. Eline Rosina strongly advises any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer. In case a return shipment goes missing, you must be able to provide a shipment receipt.
Unidentifiable return shipments cannot be processed.

Refund

The repayment of your order will happen automatically and we will transfer the money back to your credit card or bank account, depending on which method was chosen to pay the original order. Keep in mind that the reimbursement might take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Eline Rosina reserves the right to refuse returned products if it appears that they are worn or have not been returned within the stipulated deadline.

NOTE: Return costs are for your own account.
Worn earrings may not be returned due to hygiene.
