What is the estimated delivery time for international orders?
All orders placed before 3pm (GMT +1) will be shipped the same day. The delivery time depends on the country you want it shipped to. Check elinerosina.com/shipping for estimated delivery times. If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated shipping time, we recommend you to wait for 2 more days because sometimes delivery might take a bit longer, due to unexpected factors. If you haven’t received your package after that period you can contact our customer service via customerservice@elinerosina.com.

What is the material of the earrings?
All earrings are made of sterling silver. Gold earrings have a sterling silver base and a gold plating. All Eline Rosina earrings are nickel free.

It’s really hard to close the tiny hoop earrings. Do you have tips?
Especially the tiny hoops are sometimes hard to close. We have some tips for you. You can wear the hoop backwards. You can see the tube and hole now which makes it easier to close the hoop. It’s also possible to bend the hoop a little bit so the tube can slide better into the hole. Please be careful you don’t break the hoop.

I placed an order, but I have not received a confirmation e-mail
Please check your spam folder. The e-mail might have been marked as spam by your e-mail provider. If the confirmation e-mail cannot be found in your spam folder, please contact our customer service via customerservice@elinerosina.com with the name, address, and e-mail address you used in order to place your order. Our customer care team will further investigate whether something might have gone wrong in the order process, and inform you accordingly.

I entered the wrong shipping adress by mistake, what can I do?
In case you entered the wrong address you can change it until you received a shipping confirmation. You can contact our customer service via customerservice@elinerosina.com with the change of address. In case your order is shipped already to the wrong address, you are responsible for it. In case anything goes wrong with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the buyer, we cannot be held responsible for the (partial) loss of the shipment.
