Is your order not what you expected? At Eline Rosina you can return your order within 14 days after you have received your invoice. Always use our return form for a return package. This label must be printed and filled in when returning a package. Download the return form here.You do not need to inform us by email. Simply follow the instructions below for returning your order.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unworn and undamaged in its original packaging, the return costs are on own expence. The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment. Eline Rosina strongly advises any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the package arrives in good condition. As a buyer, you must be able to provide a shipment receipt at any time. Unidentifiable return shipments cannot be processed. If the order is returned in its entirety, the shipping costs will be reimbursed, if only part is returned, the shipping costs will be for your own expence.

Note: Returns without return form will not be processed. Also, products that are not returned in the original packaging will only be processed if the product is still in good condition.


The repayment of your order will happen automatically and we will transfer the money back to your credit card or bank account, depending on which method was chosen to pay the original order. Keep in mind that the reimbursement might take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Eline Rosina reserves the right to refuse returned products if it appears that they are worn or have not been returned within the stipulated deadline. NOTE: Return costs are for your own account. Worn earrings may not be returned due to hygiene.
